Question. What does gene power influence? Like, for each characteristic is says the gene power (Sharp teeth, for exampe, is 90, while Weak Jaws is 80). I just have no idea what this means and does and would like to know.

The gene with the highest number is the dominant one, and the one that your pet expresses.

The gene with the lower number is the recessive gene and is not expressed by your pet but can be passed down.

For example, using your situation, in a pet with Sharp Teeth and Weak Jaws, the pet will have its bite damaged increased by 15% since the sharp teeth has the highest number and is thus the dominant gene.
