So the records show that someone used one of my custom skins. However, I did not recieve the 10 GC I'm supposed to recieve for someone using one of my skins?
EDIT: So now it shows that two of my custom skins have been used once, so I don't have the 20 GC I should have.

From the FAQ:
"How can I get Gold Coins?
Uploading custom skins and sharing them (10 for each 10 uses, maximum reward is 100)"
So you get nothing for one use.

I thought I got 10 per use, and if all 10 uses were used that would total 100 GC?

No. As Ankokou said : 10 uses = 10 gp.
