Ah hello friends, I'm quite confused on all the buildings and their uses. WHat are they for? 

I'm confused also why are some generation powers are green while some are red?

Red "generation powers" are actually degeneration points! A pet will receive a degeneration point if any of its parents, grandparents, or great-grandparents were relatives. It's an incest penalty that weakens the pet's stats and/or genetics.

Green GP are a sign that the pet has powerful ancestors. A pet will receive one of these if BOTH its parents/grandparents/etc maxed their experience at level 50. If only one parent is at level 50 and/or has GP to pass on, the child will not get genetic power.
