my skin wasnt approved only beacause when its on a dark background there is a trim of white opaque pixels whats the easiest way to remove them? thanks :)

Open in program, put layer below.  Put layer with drawing on "multiply mode".  Save as transparent png.

That's what I do, but my skins were still rejected for the white border. I'm not sure how to fix it.

I suppose the border isn't really white then, maybe it's grey.  I suggest you just clean it up as much as possible and redraw your lines then.
