Whenever I try to go to Quests, Explore, etc. It comes up as someone else's pet. It's the same for my friend. What should I do?

Arty, can you please give us some more details? What pet do you select as active? What pet becomes active when you go to Explore or Quests?
Active pet is a pet which profile you opened last.
