I read a few of the threads here but haven't found an answer yet, and I'm really sorry if my question has already been answered, but I was wondering how to breed my female to my male? I think I may just be missing something but any help would be greatly appreciated!

If you go to the female's profile page, there will be a breeding button to the right side. Click that, select the male, and click the "Accept Offer" button.

I am currently attempting to breed for pets with a better chance at fighting Etelia for the upcoming event! When the project develops a bit more, I'll make an Etelia Warriors group where you can track my progress, and where I'll eventually(hopefully) be selling some!

Project Status: Breeding pets with 1-3 right genes to get the recessive ones.

Both the male and the female have to be available for that (e.g. a status as "On Quest" or "Crafting" shouldn't be standing there) for the males to show up. When they're showing up, your own males will appear in a coloumn above the males from the stud market.

Just to clear up: Studs are males that are available for public breeding in exchange for a little fee.
