Ok, sooooooo....

I have a Blueprint Stable level 2 and used it (sent to library) ... so far I don't have the materials to construct but my question is:

How many pet slots does building this add? And do these slots ADD to an expand stable scroll. For example: I started with 0/20 pets. Added two expand stable scrolls to up it to 0/40 pet slots. Now if I build the lvl 2 stable (using energy and materials) how many pet slots will I then have?

Same with warehouse, do i need to build lvl 2 after expanding with scrolls? How many pet slots/item slots does building stuff add? The blueprints themselves do not specify...
