Echo tried to help as much as she could, though it was easier said than done. She tried to reassure Shiver, but didn't know if he even heard her. The puma's leg was throbbing, but she ignored it. She scanned the skies for the Roc, hoping that Wonder would return soon. She glanced over at Ivy.

Shiver's panting grew heavier as they moved him. He tried helping as much as he could but even that didn't help much. He closed his eyes, trying to ignore the pain.....

Ivy looked at Echo and could here the tired lykos. "There's a cave not too far away," she reassured them. She began to get a bit tired but reminded herself that the rest of them had been in a fight and were definitely more tired than her.

Echo snifted nervously, but was mindful of the injured Lykos. "We need to wait for that Roc to get back..." she said. "Let's just go to that tree for now." She flicked her tail towards the tree, its widespread leaves providing shade and shelter. Without waiting for Ivy's response, she started to limp slowly towards said tree, hoping her uneven gait wouldn't hurt Shiver any more.

Wonder glided looking for the right plant.... There!! She swooped down and grabbed a branch in her mouth, then seeing the other plant she needed, she grabbed a branch of it in her claws. She took off and flew to where the other creatures where. It took her awhile to find them, as they had gone towards a tree."Stop!!" She squwarked, noticing that they where moving the injured Lykos."Stop you'll make it worse!"

Echo looked up, seeing the Roc circling overhead. Her squawking voice made her pause, and she realized that she had been stupid. The puma slowly lowered Shiver back to the ground, stepping back with a horrified expression. She shifted anxiously, looking at the Roc. Oh, she hoped that she hadn't just made this worse!

Her own wound was throbbing, but she ignored it for the moment. As she had this whole time.

Ivy's shoulders went stiff for a moment as she heard the Roc schreech at them. She helped the lykos down and felt terrible. "You stupid dog! You should  have known better than to have moved him. He was hurt badly, you idiot!" she heard someon saying. She looked around. She hadn't recognized the voice. Was someone following them? She shook her head. No, no one's there, you stupid mutt. She forgot about the voice and looked up to the Roc.

Shiver faintly heard the sound of squarking, but couldn't make out what it said. He heard a voice say something but couldn't figure it out. His shoulder throbbed and his stomach ached with hunger. He closed his eyes and let darkness take him away....

Wonder swooped down and landed next to the injured, unconscious Lykos, she hopped slowly closer to the wound. She winced at the smell of blood, but chewed up the plant and smeared the pulp over the wound. It covered the wound like a past, but it wouldn't be enough." These will help the pain when he wakes up." She squwarked pointing to the herbs she'd had in her claws." And you" She said looking at the Puma." Should have some too. Now I need to go. Bye" She took off, circled twice then flew off.

Echo watched Wonder, taking note of how the Roc tended to the Lykos's wound so she could take care of her own wound. She looked at the herbs, nodding slightly. "Thank you," she said, standing slowly and limping over to the small pile of herbs. Suddenly, she stiffened as pain shot through her leg. Owww... She stood there for a moment, then limped on, crouching near the herbs as she began to slowly, methodically applied the herbs to her wound. She kept an eye on Shiver, though, just in case something bad happened.

Shiver felt the pain as soon as he woke, but it wasn't as bad as before. He opened is eyes, looking around. He could see the Puma and the Lykos, it looked like he was under a tree...... He lifted his head, wincing as his shoulder throbbed....

Echo looked up as Shiver stirred. She went to get up, but her leg was throbbing and she thought better of it, sitting back down. "Welcome back," she said, watching him. "I wouldn't try to move if I were you..."

Her wounded leg stretched out stiffly beside her, bandaged tightly with long, thin leaves. She would be able to walk on it a lot better in a couple of days, but for now it was hurting while she was still sitting down. She didn't really want to test it at the moment.

Shiver layed his head back down and sighed."so...." He barked, not sure what to do or say." How's your leg?" He asked as it was the only thing he could think of.

"My leg's fine, thanks! And your shoulder?" Ivy said excitedly. "And your leg?" she said, looking at Echo.

Echo couldn't help but smile slightly at Ivy's seemingly infinite energy. Her smile faded slightly when she realized, after a moment or so, that Shiver had been talking to her. You idiot, she thought to herself. "It hurts, but I'll live," Echo said with a nod.
