I can't figure out where to get the building patterns can anyone give me a hint.  I have lots of stuff just can't find the way to make more buildings.

Well, you can go to the Item trades and buy them there, or find them in Explore (either in a chest, or from a beast temple) or buy them (for a lot of silver, though) from the State Store.

Then when you have it, go to your inventory, click on the blueprint, then choose Use from the dropdown list. Then go to Craft And Construction under the Manor tab.
