How do you get it? I thought if I had the old mine for 10 hours and won battles I was suppose to get it? I had the mine for 10 hours and won a battle.I got the other rewards but not the liquid vermilion.so I guess I was wrong about how to get it?

Are you talking about the event requirement, Vermillion water? For that, you only need to move onto the Old Mines yourself -- Can't retreat there. (others beat you, and you move to that spot.)

If you're referring to the other liquid vermillion that I know of, that is only given during the Tundra event, so you'll have to wait till then, if you want some, or buy/trade for it.
