Hello,

I was trying to take a unicorn from the pound but it was lagging pretty badly for me (it lags every so often and this is without other background things happening - I close and re-open my browser when this happens), so I closed my internet browser and re-opened it. I checked to see if I had the pet, but it wasn't there on my pets list, so I went to the pound again to try and get a unicorn again. I did not have the message saying I'd already visited the pound today.... so I selected another unicorn that I wanted. But now I see, in my pets list that I have both unicorns but I am only meant to have one. I'm worried that I might have broken rules or something, I didn't mean to, but I have no idea what to do in a case like this. Is it possible to have one of them taken back or something please?

Thank you for reporting! Looks like our server failed to process a request from you on the first try, and failed to respond properly. This is not a coding glitch and definitely not a violation of rules. We will check why this happened exactly and do everything that we can to eliminate the cause of these hiccups if possible. You can keep both pets, this is not a problem at all.
