I am new on here, so i dont know much about the game. Anyways, i have seen mentions of nightcats and i haven't found any. How do you get them?

You have to go to the Portal in the middle of the battlefield and trade for one if a quest pops up. There's no guarantee you'll get one, as the trade item is usually random, but they may have changed that for this event.
