SPSB comes from State Portal Branch Service and it's a building that can be build like stable levels,warehouse levels and any other building.If you have this building then you can send up to 5 pets on SPSB a day,for each pet you get Energy Flow Cards which are used for exploration.
Attention when you send a pet on SPSB you won't get it back so be careful.
