The little green things on the explore map... What are they? And how do i use them? THANKS!

The green portals are used to travel deeper in tundra,this means each time you enter through a green portal you get to a higher island level,the deeper you travel the tougher are the monsters.
To use the portal you need Portal Energy Cells which can be crafted.To craft them you need Charged Sticks and Adamantine.Charged Sticks can be crafted with the help of a roc with Lightning Strike ability or bought from State Store.
