i'm am currently doing the tutorial and i it won't let me go through the portal. help?

Could you please clarify what problem exactly you have? You can't enter or leave the island? Is it first or second tutorial island? If you can't leave, did you finish the tutorial task? If you finished it and got a new task to leave the island, moved your pet on the portal tile, clicked the portal button and nothing happened, please make sure that nothing blocks popups and alerts or modify the client side scripts (browser, anti-malware and firewall settings, and also browser addons). Maybe you will need to add http://beastkeeper.com to exclusions in you security settings. We utilize standard browser alerts when confirmation dialog is needed.
