I've seen many users with pets that have more than 100 for all of their pet's characteristic's. How is this possible? My pets rarely ever have a characteristic higher than 100, let alone ALL of them! Please help!

There are a few ways:
1. GP pets -- for every green start, Genetic Power grade, the pet gets a +10 to their stats.
2. Magic Food -- I'm not too sure about this, as I only use them to get the last bit of stats for quest, but you're able to increase the stats of pets with it to a cap.
3. Genes -- There are some genes that give a +X0% modifier to a certain stat, with it, you'll have to work on that stat less, thus freeing up points for another.

Also probably the most important bit, level! Your pets are all very low-level. Only the very best genetics and GP3 would make it possible for a lowbie pet to get even near the 100-mark... Whenever a pet gains a level it gets 6 stat-points randomly assigned to its stats. So lvl 50 pets have MUCH higher stats than a lvl 1 and much more likely at least some near or over 100. Just take my Dyson for an example. He is your run-of-the-mill Uni with not too amazing genes, yet his 2 green stats are over 100 and one black stat close to it, simply because I leveled him to 50.
To see more about how stats and leveling works and how to affect which stats get boosted (also a bit about magic food), you can read my guide under the section: Feeding Pets and Pet Stats,
Hope this helps.

Okay, thanks all. This helped a lot! One less question to worry about!
