Are you referring to an event objective? You shouldn't get anything from it. Visiting the Crimson Tree just checks the objective. It doesn't give you any items and doesn't require any additional actions. Mine was checked at once when I stepped in that zone.

I'm very sorry but could you please answer a couple of clarifying questions? I can't find your squad on the Crimson Tree zone at the time when I expect to see it there, the answers would help a lot to find it.

1. Which of your squads was on the Crimson Tree?

2. Did you fight to capture Crimson Tree or just moved to an empty zone?

3. When approximately your squad was standing on that zone?

At 13:13:10 yesterday someone attacked my squad and it few off the map. 

Angel, from your questions, I think I deducted what you meant...I just took my squad and ran all the way back this and this time I got it...

....so apparently have to move or fight onto tree to get it, right?

Also, Angel, do you want to make this notice somewhere? I realize there are some players who like to help out by 'nudging' people's squads onto the spots....

There shouldn't be any difference how you get to the Crimson Tree to get the objective checked. I was looking for answers to reproduce the situation fully and try to understand what went wrong in order to get it fixed. We have logs, but not all data is recorded. Thank you very much for your help, I think this is the case. I'll get your objective checked manually now, and we'll be working on a fix today.

Update: I see that you got that objective checked yourself already. Sorry for making you wait too long, it took some time to dig in the logs and find what happened.

Angel, I had to run all the way back to check it myself since appaently it works if you go on there yourself and not get 'nudged' on (which was what I thought was very odd)

...Maybe i should have waiting a bit for your reply, was just in a heated mood during that moment since it hadn't gotten checked and my squad flew right off the map having me to walk all the way back, oops lol. Sorry. @_@

Your guess was correct, it wasn't checking an objective when a squad retreated to Crimson Tree instead of capturing it in a usual way. This shouldn't happen anymore, the bug was fixed today.
