Clicked the breeding offer button on my blue baby puma, and this happened:

Oops - The Following Errors Occured

You don't have free pets or items to sell!

Fya, this error pops out if all of your males are busy. Probably we need to disable "Breeding Offer" button at all if user doesn't have free males. Let's call this a usability issue.
