Hello!

I noticed that twice already, that I got the message for my skin being bought, but no silver has been added. It always happened at night, when I was asleep. I was telling myself, that I just didn't remember the amount of silver I had, and that I just miscalculated it.

Today, in fact, moments ago, I got the message again and no silver appeared on my account! Do you, mods, have an access to a log where you can trace movements of silver? I am definitely not crazy, the system is robbing me...

Can you please help?

Have you tried taking a look at your Reports under the Manor tab? That keeps a log of events on your account, although I'm not sure if it shows the silver of skins being bought.

((By the way, I bought 3 of your skins! Very lovely. They're currently a part of a raffle I'm holding. I look forward to seeing more from you.))

Thank you! I'm a horse artist so I enjoy creating these! The bug kinda demotivates me though, I put a lot of work into them...

I've never seen it under the reports log, even when the transfer worked...

There really was an issue with crediting silver for custom skins on your account. We added the missing silver coins to your balance and fixed the issue that caused this problem. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Do you know if this has affected others? I've been getting notifications (that I know of)- But I'm normally offline so I can't check what I had...

Has this effected any of my skins that I sell for gold?

Nightingale, this issue didn't affect gold payouts in any way (we tested that as well to be sure). It was quite specific and concerned only silver.
