Between yesterday and so far today I've visited well over 100 islands and I haven't seen a single fountain, and only a handful of beast temples or hero's cults. I know the buildings occur randomly but this is way off from the usual ratios.

I don't know if it makes a difference but all this exploring has been in the grasslands.

I just encountered 3 fountains and one or two of the other buildings, but this is still far fewer than the normal rate.
