Hey everyone! I just joined this site and was wondering....what do I do with all the items in my inventory? I know what some do, but others such as quarts, clay, shells, ore, I'm not entirely sure.

vermillion allows you to research your pets genes to know the possible traits it will pass down to its children. quarts, clay, shells, ore are all building materials. when you start building the higher level buildings you will need quite a lot of it. laminaria is used primarily to craft bandages (which allow your pet to recover 1 energy per island if it loses a battle)
