How long does it normally take to have a skin approved?

I can't speak for the staff, but from my own experiences, at least a full day, maybe more.

It depends on the day, and if Angel is awake or sleeping.

Fya is right :) I usually check if there are new custom skins waiting for approval when I have a bit of time and there are no seriuos bugs waiting to be fixed. So usually it's from several hours to a day, but sometimes can be up to 2 days.
