Where would you find the blueprints for other buildings? Are they found through the explore function, or limited stock? Or are they currently unavailable?

Blueprints are found in the General Store! (: You can upgrade your buildings are create new ones.

Oh! I should have been more specific. I meant for the ones not listed there - like the cartographer's guild or the inn?

In Chests while exploring-- you may also find building recipes from the Scriptorium in Explore, or a shop that sells blueprints for about 5k silver in Explore. P: Currently, I believe those are the only options for new Blueprints not in the General Store.
