Hello and Welcome to my Showcase! I would have called it a shop rather than a showcase but all of my accepted skins are free to use and I'm not up to accepting comission requests at this point. I'm still learning after all.

I'll mostly be doing recoloring since I don't use any real fancy programs, and I lack the creative ability required for complex custom bases. So yeah. If there are any color schemes you think would look nice you can post suggestions for future skins for me to make here.

Feedback is appreciated, but keep your comments polite and respectful please! Constructive Criticism is welcome so long as you're being constructive with it. If you post something along the lines of "ur skins are ugly" I'll contact a Moderator to have the post removed as that provides no feedback and is just uncalled for.

Amber is right! The name of the skin is "Eternal Amber". Inspired, quite obviously, by the little buggies that get caught in it.

The amber... I am done making changes to it, sorry. I've spent enough time making small treaks and alterations and I'm satisfied with how it looks. It came down to two slightly different versions, this one and another where the colors are a little brighter, but I went with this one.

I'm currently working on a Stained Glass Unicorn. I'll be consulting with a friend over any final edits that may need to be made and then the skin will be submitted. Here's what I have at the moment; I'll post the final product next to it once its done.

I'm also working on a stained glass Cockatrice that I'm about halfway done with; I plan on making one for every species. Each one will have different colors. I may take on comissions and sell custom color scheme stained glass skins.

Edit:: The Unicorn "Iridescent Glass" and the Cockatrice "Mosaic Green" have been submitted. Both skins were accepted!

Update! I've started work on Volcanic Opalescence, the dragon skin in my stained glass series. It's color scheme consists of shades of red with some black thrown in as well. Here's what I have so far; I'll post my updated progress in steps and the finished project here when it's done.

Volcanic Opalescence and Opalescent Magma were both accepted! Soon I'll be submitting the Roc and Symurgh for my Stained Glass collection. I have a pink version of the Roc as well that I may submit.

@Braveheart1616 :: The method is actually pretty simple, but it's time consuming if you're using a program that doesn't have the advanced features that some use. It involves a lot of overlays. That's all it is, really - a bunch of overlays duplicated and placed to cover the whole base.

Iridescence, the Unicorn, was the first stained glass skin I did. I made the little image below to use for it. I crisscrossed a bunch of black lines over a white canvas and then colored in the boxes it made. The other skins use the same basic overlay, but with the boxes recolored.

I've now done 6 of the 9 species for my Stained Glass collection; the Lykos, Throdama, and Gryphon skins will be coming soon along with recolorings of the other species. If you'd like one of the current glass skins I have done in a certain color let me know.
