Well, the head seems pretty good. The eye could maybe use a line over it, eagles have pretty big brow ridges. It doesn't look like it's standing because the feet and legs are stretched down, but for any post other than standing the wings and tail would be out, right? So the pose confuses me.

I'll fix the eye, I forgot to when I drew it.
As for the position, it was supposed to appear like it was standing on a branch, that is why its feet are like that.

Ok, for standing on a branch it should probably have more belly and less legs visible, and also the tail of a sitting bird usually points straight down.
