Ok so I am waiting for my island to replenish so I can continue exploring, and it said it would be ready by 22:03. It is now 22:11 and it still wont let me explore.

Any idea why?

Also I have been sending pets to the State Portal Service and it let me send them till I got 20 energy flow cards, and now it wont let me send anymore. 

My portal service is only level 1.

Is there a limit for each leve, if not why wont it let me send more?

I think I have the answer to the first one.  Your pet may have been out of energy.  Did you check that, or try a different pet at all?

Oh no i am using pets that are full of energy, but my actual +1 of the added island to explore isnt showing up till like a in game 30 mins later.
