Is there some sort of item that would allow me to increase my pet's breeding limit? I have a pet that is close to their limit, and I was planning on breeding it soon once I get a couple open slots. Are there any ways to get a larger limit?

The limit depends on your pet's strength - You can get a couple more breedings by getting strength from levels or from magic fruits (Bamboo Berries)

There is also a Dead Tree Alter in the Jungle where you can restore 1 Breeding Point by offering 100 of a random food item + 10 of a random gem.
