To even get to this page I have to come back thru the history.  ANyways this is whats happening.  Every time I switch places on BK it pops up a new box saying "beastkeeper.com:80 you have to login to see the document" And then it has a login.  So I just x'ed it out.  Now every time I type in beastkeeper.com into chrome it says "Page found but no content is on this currently".  Is this a bug on my browser or for BK?

I was experiencing the same bug too!

On my Samsung Galaxy Note using Internet browser.

On my Mac laptop using Chrome.

After an hour or so it would disappear and I could get back on though.

It was happening around 0:00-1:00 Game time

Good, I'm not the only one, that means its not just me.  This bug is so annoying having to go thru history to find my way back on BK.

This error happened back at 7:01 Eastern Time and I am just now able to access BK again at 10:00 PM. I sent the information below to support@beastkeeper.com when I was unable to access BK but now that I am back on I will put it here as well.

I've always logged on in Mozilla Firefox Aurora on my laptop (an Asus) but some weird stuff happened and I wasn't able get on. I waited an hour before emailing in the issue to see if the problem would resolve itself but in that time it did not.

At 7:01 PM Eastern Time I was browsing around BK, just checking out sales tabs on people's profiles, and when I went to check the parent of a Roc I was looking at I was shown this.

Weirded out by this I clicked the X , and when that didn't take me to the pet profile I closed the tab and tried again. The second time it took me to

After that I gave up on trying to go view that page and was going to go post those 2 screenshots here in the Bugs thread. I went to go to my stables first and ended up on

Any time I tried to go to an extension on the site, such as my stables, the trades, the forums, etc I end up on a similar Forbidden screen.

When I tried going to just beastkeeper.com I got this:

I tried accessing the site using internet explorer and then trying on my desktop computer using Chrome with the same results.

Why did that happen? Has anyone experienced a similar situation in the past? What caused this?

Me too, just a little bit different looking because of my chrome vs. your internet explorer.  This happend to another player, just look at my thread.

I think this may be related to the forbidden page complaints from earlier which I also experienced along with the other users posting about it. The news tab just shows a plain white page with this text:

It works!

This is the default web page for this server.

The web server software is running but no content has been added, yet.

Not sure if this is by accident of if you are doing work on the site that caused it.

Ah... I guess posting here won't really help the people who can't get in. But right now its only beastkeeper.com that is still broken.

Going through history or just typing out Beastkeeper.com/pets will let you into everything.

For me the history wasn't working either. I tried several different pages with no luck.

I hope whatever is causing this gets found and fixed; when I couldn't log on I emailed the support and stalked Nightingale down on deviantart since she was the only contact I could find to let someone know what was happening.

I merged all threads into one to avoid confusion.

We had to change our IP urgently due to a critical issue with the current IP.

"Authorization required" appeared when IP was actually being changed. "Forbidden" and "It works" was appearing when it was already changed but old DNS was cached on user side (either by client browser or by router of the internet provider), and it was trying to load the site using the old IP.

We're very sorry for the inconvenience. This was a compulsory measure that we had to take because of the unpleasant situation that appeared behind our back. At this moment we own a brand new IP that hasn't been used by anyone for at least one year and has clear history, so any malware checkers won't consider it as hazardous.

I thought It might have something to do with the IP adress issue that I posted about yesterday. Glad the issue was resolved
