My unicorn Zirconia http://beastkeeper.com/pet/5623 is pregnant but is marked active.  My pregnant dragon on the other hand is marked pregnant.  I made sure my selected pet was a third pet, so that's not a factor.  And I tried the control+f5 thing, no change.  This bug is not bothering me, I just thought you might want to know it existed.
