I finally got liquid deviance for my hibernating egg. I dont KNOW if this is indeed, a bug, but I thought, Better safe than sorry.
basically neither deviance serum nor egg have a use button. (See screenshots)

Liquid Deviance isn't a usable item. It's a crafting ingredient. Please visit State Store to find Activated Egg (Grade 1) recipe.
