How can I craft a portal energy cell?

The Portal Energy Cell requires:
5 charge sticks, 2 adamantine, 0 coins
and a pet with:
Constitution 75 and Intelligence 70.
The scheme blueprints can be bought at the state store.
I have two unicorns that follow the requirement, and you may borrow one if you need to make this item. Just please make sure you return them. ~ this also goes to anyone else as well

You can also randomly find one from the new building on the tundra islands, but those buildings seem very rare.

I've found two of those buildings one a trip to level 7. They do seem to be quite rare.
