i placed a bid not a buy out prics on a dragon, it immediately subtracted that amount from my cash and i dont have the dragon

This is how the bids work. You can't use the sum placed as bid for obvious reasons: you won't be able to pay for a lot if you spend these coins before the auction ends. You need to wait until the end of auction, your bid will be returned to you if you lose the auction.
