So I asked my friend Seraphis to help me out with the kami quests by completing the Perfect Tunes and Silver Keys quest on her account too even if she's not too active lately.

She also just changed her password and it worked fine for a couple of minutes before logging out. And now she can't log in both at her house and mine.

Unfortunately this happened after I sent her the quest pets and now they're stuck in her account.

One of those, I borrowed from another user and the other is one of my prized pets so I'd like to get them back before the event ends T.T

Could you please ask your friend to reset password once more? If no one else has access to her email, then most likely there was a typo or something like this, and now she is trying to enter the password that doesn't match the new one.

I can move your pets to your account instantly if you tell their IDs. This may save some time while the password issue isn't resolved yet, and you will be able to use them today before midnight reset.

She tried and it turns out she used an old email so she's still trying to figure out which one she used. Is there any other way to reset it?

The funny thing is that she checked if the new password worked twice before it stopped working.

Unfortunately there are no other ways to verify a player except email. We don't store any other types of IDs.

Edit: We finally figured out what was up with her password [she didn't realize it was capslocked].. but now the pets are in another person's account o.o

Whoops, there was a typo in the script that moved the pets, sorry. Please check now, they should appear on your account.
