Hey I bought the 50% DCA and I thought that by giving to a pet 2 of them itd make it 100% as after use it gave me an option of how many I wanna use on the pet but when I look at the pet it still says 50% :( it should off said somewhere only 1 is affected or it shouldntoff allowed more than 1 arent I right?

Sorry for the confusion, we added one more check (it was already checking 50% -> 20% change). Although may I wonder where did you get the information that the effect of this item is cumulative? I believe we never posted anything like this in the item description, FAQ, forums or anywhere else.

I didnt get it from anywhere...it just seemed logical since it gave me an option of how many I want to use on that pet...so from now on it wont allow more than one dosage?

may I also wonder on two things? is the 50% DCA compatible with the pink fish eggs? can I use them together on my mares or not? and also does the 50% DCA apply to only deviant color or also to deviant patern and doubledeviants? just so I dont missuse again..

also can the items be used on already pregnant female or do the items gotta be used before she gets pregnant?

Please use "Edit" button to avoid spamming.

1. You may have noticed that we have the same interface for all items.

It will prevent you from using the second DCA with the same or less power on the pet that already has DCA effect. And it will use only one item no matter how many you enter in the "Quantity" field.

2. Such items don't have cumulative effect for the sake of balance. I can't recall any games that allow to combine boosts of the same type like this. In our case if there was a possibility to get 100% chance of getting a deviant, there would be an item that does this at once. 

3. Yes, it's compatible with perks that alter the number of offsprings. This concerns Fertility gene as well.

4. It affects the chance of getting any deviant trait. Pet color consists of two traits (base and pattern colors), so it affects both of them.

5. It must be used before pregnancy.

Thank you very much for your time Angel. Last few questions, is there any chance to get reimburst for the 2 missused shots of the 50% DCA? I used a double on 2 mares Ginger and Sandy. And does it work only on single deviants or doubledeviants as well? because those from what I read dont work the same way as single deviants...for single deviants you need a homozygous gene but a doubledeviant can only be born from a deviant color parent mated with a deviant color patern but they dont have to have the other genes compatible apparently, which is why Im not sure if the 20% and 50% DCA would have the same effect on doubledeviants as well. Once again thank you for your time and all your answeres!

 

Edit: also are the items tradable or sellable? or will they be?

DCA doesn't do anything except raising the chance of getting a deviant color for the offspring. All the mechanics stays the same no matter if you used it or not.

Last few questions, is there any chance to get reimburst for the 2 missused shots of the 50% DCA?

Sorry, no. You've made a purchase before the bug with x5 rate for DCA was fixed, so you already got 4 extra free shots for every purchase.  We usually do not take away the items that were received due to a bug if this doesn't cause major balance issues. But refunding such bugged items is too much, don't you think so? :)

So it works on doubledeviants as well...?

 

well technicaly I got only 2 extra shots since out of the 5 I was only able to use it 3x..if it was atleast cheaper in crystals but I technicaly spent 8 crystals on 3 shots instead of 5....uh..but I guess bad luck then..thanx anyway
