i cant rename my pets.

If you have already named your pet you will need an Amnesia potion to rename it.
In real life when you name an animal, such as a dog, you do not rename it. It will simply confuse the animal and make training difficult (or loose progress!).
You see many nameless pets because people often only choose to name pets they will keep.
