Hi there, I'm not sure if this would go in the bugs section or not. I joined very recently, and when I looked at one of my pets today I noticed she is somehow pregnant. She is my female roc, the one from the tutorial, but she already had her baby from the tutorial breeding. I clicked on the link of the father of this new mystery baby, and then I looked at the keeper. This player has not been online for a month. There is no way they could have done a breeding with her, since I only joined two days ago. Not only that, but she was not up for public breeding.

Were you perhaps exploring with this pet? Maybe you accepted the breeding program. 

This other user may have put their pet into the program before they went inactive. The program rewards pets to donating their genetic material. Pets can then be impreganted using genetics from other pets. From what I understand, it doesn't use one of your breeding points! 

That is my guess anyway. Angel will have solid answers for you I am sure o.0. 

I don't think I accepted it with her,  just my unicorn, but suppose I might have. Thanks for your reply.

Hmm, I wish I could find more info for you. I searched the news posts but could not find anything. 

It is likely you visted the fertlity temple in the desert. If I recall, you receive vermillion for allowing your female pet to become pregnant with a random male who as also participated in the program, and get vermillion if you allow a male pet to donate their genetic information. 

I shall keep searching. I'm very sorry I could not link you to something! 

Wolf65478, I checked explore logs for your pet and I found an entry about accepting Fertility Shrine offer. Your pet is pregnant from a random male who has donated genetic material for the breeding program. This does not require a confirmation from the pet's owner.
