I have food in storage, and I have 26,853s for 75 pets. A manage notice says I do not have enough food/silver to feed my pets. Even if I had no food in storage it should only cost 1350s? This has only been a problem for 4-5 days. I go exploring to find more money/food but the message does not clear.

This sounds like a bug to me. Try posting in the Bug section of the forums. Maybe Angel can help you.

It's not a bug. Notices do not remove automatically, they work like private messages. Unread notices will hang at the top of the page until player clicks the link in the notice. Clicking a link will mark a notice as read.

I kept trying to click it and it would bring up another page. It just displayed that note for a few days even if I clicked on it.
