So, I apparently have a lv3 townhall blueprint... Can I use it even though my town hall is level 1 (and skip level 2) or do I have to upgrade it to level 2 first?

Also, when exploring an island I got this (not quite a bug I believe, but maybe something should be made so that you can't exange things... for the exact same thing!):

You will need to have Townhall level 2 before you can make level 3.  To see what requirements are needed for each blueprint, you can visit the following page:

I don't know what to tell you about the last thing, just a chance item so probably not a bug, just not good luck.  :p

Mildnight, you can't skip a building level. To construct third level building, you need to have the second level built.

Thanks for reporting about Scriptorium issue! Scriptorium offers to exchange their blueprints for any of yours. This is really just a rare coincidence that you have only one blueprints and you were offered the same.

Oh well! I guess I'll either keep it for later or sell it to someone else then!
