Help!!

I assume you want to post a picture from your computer for your introduction thread? You need to upload that first to a hosting site. Personally I use photobucket.com but there are others out there. Once you have the picture uploaded to the site of your choice, you need the address of the picture. I can't tell you how to get that since it's different with each hosting service. But you should be able to figure it out on the site you use.  It should look something like this "http:// [hostname].com/...." Do not use any other formats that already have [IMG ] or < a href> or similar things in the address bar, that won't work. You only need the basic address without additional tags.

So once you have the picture's address, you click on the little tree picture in underneath the text box in the forum and paste that address into the field Image URL in the window that pops up. You then hit the Insert button and you're done!
