While exploring with one of my Kami I came across some wood that kept giving me the message "You can't take Wood. You don't have enough space in your inventory!" When I have plenty of room left. I got 125/140 spaces and I already have a stack of wood.

Edit: I've run into another item I can't pick up despite still having space. This time is a shell my Famine Kami can't pick up.

Edit2: Run into some stones I can't pick up either, this time with my Pestilence Kami. While exploring with him I ran into another shell and some wood I couldn't pick up either.

I'm assuming you have more than 999 of those items though. Check the last news post, there was a limit implemented.
