I was exploring with pet #247601 and came across Shaman's Hut, and in addition to showing me tomorrow's quests it also offered to change my pet's colour. (Obviously, pet's colour didn't change and I only got my quest predictions as I should have.) Sorry I didn't screencap it - I caught on a little too late.

I didn't screencap because I didn't realize it was broken, but I just (about 2 minutes ago) had the shaman's hut offer to change my pet's colour (no mention of predictions whatsoever). I wasn't 100% clear on which of the new buildings did what so I went "It's a bit pricey but sure, why not". I got the prediction. Did it get fixed properly? I wouldn't have paid that much for a prediction.

Kamorth, it did. Please make sure that you did't open a cached page or a page with old data that was loaded before the fix. Ctrl+F5 usually fixes all problems with outdated data.

It was the first time I had seen any of the new buildings, so it wasn't a cache issue at my end. It must've been something in the server cache.

Server cache is configured in different way. It's forced to check every time if the files has been updated, and it obligatory reloads a file if it's different from what is stored. It would cause a lot of problems if the configuration was different.
