Hello I am DragonLioness, I was wondering can all types of beast become workers? How? I don't know how this whole worker thing works, please can you explain it to me?

Only Throdamas have morphs. Morph is inborn and can't be changed later. Please check this species FAQ section for more info on morphs and morph breeding.
