When I fight other unicorns, they never seem to regenerate health. I checked my unicorn's genetics, and there was nothing about it. I just want to know what makes it regenerate health.

Is a gene unicorns can have that if is the dominant gene they'll regenerate health. The regenration gene is an organ gene so you'll need to research the organ genes of your unicorn to see it.
