My babies times are up, I have room in my stables but I don't see my babies, did they possibly die or something?

Does the parent's page say that they are still pregnant?

Pregnancy lasts for 24 hours and newborns take 3 days to become adults. Before they are fullgrown the only thing you can do with them is research their genetics.
