You can only buy them from other players and those will most likely be bred ones. If you want a wildborn one you'll have to hold the portal on the battlefield for 10 hours you'll then be rewarded with either a Symurgh or Throdama.

Vythalax is correct. They can be acheived by putting together a squad and holding the portal on the battlemap for 10 hours.
