Werewolfs should be the next monster!

I would like to see more canine creatues. I could do more art! I like drawing wolves :). I am not sure how werewolves would work though- since they do shift between forms. Perhaps a sort of dire wolf, fenrir, cerebus, warg, or hellhound like critter.

The animal would have to have a good backstory that fits into the Europa history. And we would have to think of all sorts of new gene sets and how the pet would be introduced. This can be quite a bit of work! And all of the skins would have to be colored as well!
But I would like more canine things, yes. :D

When you post suggestions try to keep them contained to a singular post that describes your suggestion in great detail. For example if you suggest a creature make sure it can fit within the lore of Europa (the world this site is set in) and you have enough detail that everyone can understand it.

Well, for the werewolf idea, you guys could do the shifting thing. you just have to make two forms. Also, you could add somthing for the premium store to keep him/her from shifting. Maybe, you could also make one of the forms more powerful . but that form can only last like 1 out of 10 hours. I guess. 

And since ( if you guys lik the idea) That is like very good already, you could make like only 5 or 10 breedings for a feamale. Also, you can't exchange or sell the pet. And you can only get the pet by defeating them to make them join you. Like the Kami.

He could be introduced by the discovery of new frozen island in which you can free the creature for he's bound or caged and protected by one of the guardians(island guardians we already have). You will need to defeat him(guardian) but also gather ingredients for a spell to free him/her. The ingredients should be in the regular island and the frozen one opens only with the crafting spell is ready.

Crafting which would need a scheme, materials and pet for crafting.

Genes: Jaws Double incisor - Overbite(weakjaw) - Normal Jaw - Poisonous teeth(you can't regenerate) - Blunt teeth... I ca't think anymore... too sleeppy :)

 Maybe add confusion or madness as genes... let me think a bit more about it.

Kami I have seen them but don't know what they are... research  XD

PS: Why don't make it 2 parts 1 to release the fernir and kids (at least 4 versions of it) then create an event like the glittering sand in which you can get eggs to actually breed them. (He wasn't bound in chains cause not chain could hold him, so they make a magical twine or rope hence magic crafting spell)

Oh I've never seen that interpretation of Fenrir! I like it. Norse Mythology is a favorite of mine.

There must be celestial related genes of course... And something to do with prophecy and being bound in chains. Of course this would all go in the creature's background information.

I really want to do some sketches of this now *paws furiously at space where laptop should be*. Once I get my laptop back perhaps I can sketch out ideas. I'll make a new thread with art seeing as this one is more or less ideas and such. Of course I will note what was posted here. I like your ideas for genes.

Do you think this would be a breedable pet or a Kami? Maybe a whole series of Norse Mythology Kami.... Have a Hati and a Skoll too. :D

Personally, I think you could add Greek Mythology too. A lot of people would know about it because of Percy Jackson. Perhaps add a god/ goddesses blessing or somthing in the premium.

@Nightingale  You could make a combination of them all! Maybe add in different terms such as it could be like a Kami but at different phases, it could be bred. ..... what  is a Hati and a Skoll?

Hati and skoll are the daughter and son of Fenrir who will devour the sun and the moon in the apocalypse (just have a different name Ragnarok - the doom of the gods)

I think a norse theme would be fantastic... and a greek or roman one. I have lots of ideas.  I lack amazing drawing skills though. Also Angel probably has lots in store as it is! But I think I want to do some sketches too. 

Maybe a set of Valkyries would be a neat theme for Kami.

This is Norse Mythology, main players Thorn, Odin, Loki, Fenrir(who is destined to devour Odin, that's why he is bounded.

The Valkyries also from Norse are a bit more complicated because there are too many definitions. basicly they are women like figures that live in Valhall (Norse's afterlife) this women come after every battle to choose those souls who died heroic death..

Valkyries can have complete human form, have wings, ride horses, some even look like harpies, they can be dress for battle or just wear loose gowns. They can transform more commonly assumed as swan, more rare a reference as wolves or raven.

They can scream which can terrify, and if you see her you are dead or near it.

@Sandia- Wonderful explination :) I am glad that others on here have an affinity for Norse Mythology and Lore :D 

(I have a few nordic runed gryffs who try to follow the "norse" theme, I love Nordic Mythology!!)

I was thinking either half human/creature (should Angel go down that route with humaniod things) or as you said in their transformations like the swans ans such. But certainly named after the Valkyries and perhaps wearing some nordic themed battle armor.
