So well, it doesn't show who posted it first, so when I quoted an user's design to say the background wasn't going to be approved, Angel thought it was mine. 

It's really confusing, so if you could fix that, it would be lovely.

Yes, we're already aware of this. It's not a bug, it's a missing functionality which needs to be coded just like other forum features. We're planning to add a lot of features to the forum (or maybe install a third-party forum engine), though this will be done after fixing all the important in-game bugs. The game has the first priority, the forum has the second.
