I'm having trouble understanding the text quests. Could somebody explain them to me?

This feature had quite a lot of potential but on the other hand it required a lot of player input. It's dead because we have no players who would like to create text quests.

I think it could be fun to make one for user-held events.. I just never fully understood how to work them. I'm sure with some playing around I could figure it out.
