When do unicorn babies grow? I'm planning to swap mine with a friend's

it's 3 days and does not depend on the breed (same time for all species)
for example, your "Thendle" will be grown in exactly "2 days 21 hrs 34 min" from the time of posting this reply. see the notification at the right side (right under the actions tab):
