It just isn't that noticable.

Under the tabs and right next to the name of the topic it should say 'change topic.'

Lumie is right, it DOES already exist. I noticed it when I first posted my introduction~ :D

Although...it may be better for it to have a more obvious placement, so it isn't overlooked. lol

OK, then how about a more ovbious placement..... cause that is kind of obscure.
